I have a crush on this house. It’s really attractive, not too old, likes the outdoors, and full of good qualities. Some of the finer features you’ll find are in the renovated kitchen (hot!) and ensuite bath. Not a lot of bathrooms have slate tile on the floor and in the shower surround. Massive vaulted ceilings in the living room that reach all the way up to the second floor, with a Rapunzel-like ledge at the top floor landing. Let down your hair on the huge deck in the gigantic fenced yard. It’s pretty much perfect for children and pets. It’s got a big ol’ garage for 2 cars, tools and toys. Do what you like with the insulated basement. Add another bedroom, bathroom, set up a home gym or brewery. Close to shopping, transit, the Henday, and parks. Fall in love today.
