This is one hot listing! Partially damaged by fire last year (don’t play with matches in your bedrooms, kids), the entirety of the inside has been ripped to the studs and redeveloped, so it’s an entirely new house on the inside. Every bit of drywall, flooring, light fixture, paint, and even the windows have been replaced to give new life to an already great property. It’s fully finished up and down, with 2 bedrooms on each level, so it can comfortably accommodate a family with a few children or a group of friends. Both levels have a large living room, and the brand new kitchen is nice and bright, with heaps of light coming in from large windows. Would you believe me if I told you you could see downtown from the upstairs bedrooms? It’s true! You’re also really close to the bus stop-handy for students and commuters alike. You can move in before the paint dries!
