Bright and shiny, and fully finished top-to-bottom! Enjoy a walk-out basement that could be a mortgage helper (fully permitted basement renovations). Huge deck overlooking a pond with beautiful meandering walking trails. This is an up-and-coming street in the catchment one of the new Donald R. Getty School. Inside the house there are plenty of upgrades, including granite counters, stainless steel appliances, insulated garage, oversized high efficient water heater, and 3 full bathrooms. Lots of storage, from the pantry to the room under the stairs to the furnace room to the separate water heater room. With a mortgage this low, you’ll be able to take advantage of the quick access to the airport for more sunny vacations than ever!
