What makes this little house so great, you ask? I’ll tell you! It has triple-paned UV-coated windows (even new basement windows), upgraded attic insulation, a recently-added sump pump, a tall & gorgeous fence, and good bones. Let’s take a walk out back to explore the garage, shall we? It’s oversized (22×22) and has a new door, and it’s insulated.
So what if the yard isn’t that big-you’re not going to start a lawn bowling club back there, are you? It’s not exactly small, though-the lot is 120×33, so there is still some grass to mow and plenty of room for posterity and pets to play purposefully in perpetuity.
Are 4 bedrooms enough for your liking? If you would rather rent it out, you may continue to do so for $1350/month, which can clearly make this a comfortable cash-flow casa. Questions?
