Everyone loves a baba house, and that’s exactly what you get here-impeccable condition, a perfectly preserved time capsule from yesteryear. Being situated comfortably in Ottewell’s quiet streets, away from the hustle and bustle of city life, you can come here and relax after a long day at work. If the house is too small for your liking (817 square feet), the lot should satisfy you (476 sq ft, or 122′ x 42′) if you’re looking for a place to build new. Not ready to build? Why not buy and rent it out until you are. It’s also close to transit and shopping. In addition to having several mature trees on the property, the raspberry bushes are not to be overlooked! They have served well for many years and are eager to serve for many more.
